This edition continues to see average levels of charity registrations after a significant drop in the summer. There are 111 new grant makers in this edition, against a rolling 12 month average of 99, with 27 trusts highlighted through prospect research, against an average of 28. Overall a good month.
As always, along with the classic 'relief, education and health', we see several trusts interested in animal welfare, conservation, community support, music & the arts, social inclusion and young people. However, a greater proportion of those listed now cite things like 'community in a specific area' where no doubt funders are looking to support those affected by the events of the last year.
