Trust List August 2018
Along with the classic 'relief, education and health', we see several trusts interested animal welfare, the Armed Forces, debt awareness, e-safety, the promotion of good software, and sustainable development. Once again, there are also a significant number citing good citizenship (via Lions Clubs, with 9 this month - great for local charities or national charities with a local infrastructure) and 6 medical charities covering dementia, mental health and paediatric cardiology.
As always, there are several wealthy people of note, including two billionaires. In comparison, the two other individuals of note seem positively humble with a mere £90m between them.
