Trust List February 2018
February was slightly down in terms of the 12 month rolling average, but significantly up on previous Februaries. It is good to see that a typically quiet time of year is still experiencing a large volume of new registrations.
As always, along with the classic 'relief, education and health', we see several trusts interested in citizenship (via four Lions Clubs) conservation, a range of medical causes (particularly cancer), promoting charity effectiveness and even the preservation of historic aircraft.
Wealthy new grant makers include families worth £65,000,000, and grant makers with established incomes ranging from £250k per annum to one that can award up to £50,000 in core grants for humanitarian assistance.
As always, the wealthiest grant makers tend to be generalists, so there should be something for everyone in this month's list.
